Sarah & Brett’s Casa de Campo Wedding

June 25, 2025

Planning a destination wedding without a clear location in mind can feel overwhelming, but that’s where I come in. When Sarah and Brett told me what they wanted, I knew Casa de Campo would be the ultimate backdrop for their dream celebration.

When Sarah booked her consultation call with me back in September 2023, she and Brett were ready for a Dominican Republic destination wedding. Still, they had no idea which Dominican Republic wedding venue to choose and where to begin planning. That’s where I stepped in. Once I heard what was important to them like delicious food, a resort that actually looks like the photos, guest-friendly pricing, and family-friendly activities I knew exactly where to point them! Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic!

Why Have A Chose Casa de Campo Wedding

After reviewing custom proposals from multiple Dominican Republic wedding venues and resorts, Casa de Campo quickly rose to the top of the list. They loved that this resort wasn’t just a beach with some lounge chairs, it’s basically its own little world. With golf courses, a marina, restaurants, beaches, and the absolutely stunning Altos de Chavón (a replica 16th-century Mediterranean village), it’s easy to see why it stood out. The Wedding Weekend Line-Up

Sarah and Brett’s wedding package included three days of celebrations, and each one had its own personality and vibe. From a relaxing kick-off party to an epic outdoor reception and chill farewell event every detail of each event was hand-picked for Sarah & Brett (and their guests of course).

This was a relaxed kick-off event complete with tropical drinks, sunshine, and an opportunity for guests to get to know each other poolside.

Their ceremony took place in one of the most photogenic ceremony spots imaginable. Picture this, cobblestone streets romantic architecture, and a breathtaking view of the Dominican Republic jungle.

Complete with epic views, tasty appetizers, great food, and a live band guests danced the nice away celebrating Sarah & Brett’s love. A few upgrades that were worthwhile for Sarah & Brett included the upgraded decor and a music upgrade to a live band, The Hitter’s. These were absolutely worth the splurge and helped make the party!

An oceanfront, open-air restaurant with a chill vibe that is perfect for goodbyes and see you soons with family and friends.

How To Know If A Casa de Campo Wedding Is Right For You

If you’re considering a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo should definitely be on your shortlist!

This resort offers a rare mix of style, space, and service that’s hard to beat. Unlike most beach resorts, Casa de Campo has a variety of stunning venues that aren’t limited to the sand, perfect for couples who want a more elegant or unique setting.

The resort itself feels like a charming little town, with a layout that gives your guests room to explore and unwind. With postcard-worthy views around every corner, it’s an easy choice for couples who want a beautiful destination wedding with both beach and tropical jungle vibes.

With gourmet dining and attentive services to endless activities for all ages, it’s a place that truly has something for everyone. From Grandma Bev to cousin Jenny everyone will be happy!

Casa de Campo was truly the best Dominican Republic wedding venue for Sarah and Brett’s wedding week. From the three days of wedding events to the beautiful accommodations and closeness and quaintness of Altos de Chavon. You truly can’t go wrong with this resort!
