Please Note: The bride and groom have requested that the wedding events be an adult only celebration. However, you are welcome to bring your little ones along for the trip. Babysitting services are available at the resort (minimum age of 2), or you may bring a babysitter from home to stay with you.
Activities are endless with the See The Show theater, POSH Beauty Salon & Boutique®, Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club, two tennis courts, and one basketball court. For some R&R, lounge poolside and grab a cocktail at one of the five swim-up bars.

TRAVEL INSURANCE INFO
A traditional travel insurance policy (or your credit card coverage) will NOT refund if you need to cancel for an uncovered reason.
The travel insurance option below allows you to cancel for ANY REASON and receive a full refund, minus the cost of the travel insurance. Please note this policy only covers your resort, not your flights. This policy must be purchased at the time of deposit. It cannot be added at a later date.
It also includes post-departure coverage for things like medical expenses or lost luggage.

TRAVEL INSURANCE COST:
ROOM COST $0 - $799: $109.99 per person
ROOM COST $800-$1,499: $139.99 per person
ROOM COST $1,500-2,999: $169.99 per person
ROOM COST $3,000 and up: $209.99 per person
- Missed Connection: The plan reimburses you up to $1,000 for unused land or water arrangements and additional transportation should you miss your Cruise or tour departure due to a delay of at least 3* hours due to a covered reason, such as a flight delay from adverse weather.
- Trip Delay: Reimburses you up to $1,000 per person for expenses such as meals, lodging, and local transportation costs should you be delayed 6* or more hours due to a covered event, such as a Common Carrier Delay, lost or stolen passport or other covered events.
- Baggage Delay: You'll be reimbursed for the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed by the airline for 6* hours or longer. The plan covers you for the purchase of necessary items up to $300 in the event your luggage is delayed by a common carrier for more than 6* hours en route to your vacation.
- Baggage & Personal Property Protection: The plan reimburses you for baggage or items lost, stolen, or damaged during your vacation.
- Trip Interruption: Reimburses (up to the total trip cost) unused hotel arrangements plus additional transportation costs such as a new airline ticket if you can't travel due to circumstances such as illness or injury to you, a family member, or traveling companion, jury duty, or a traffic accident on the way to the airport.
- Emergency Evacuation: Under certain circumstances detailed in the plan, your coverage can pay for the transportation expenses incurred to evacuate you to the nearest qualified hospital and/or to return you home.
- Travel Accident: Accidental Death & Dismemberment – Travel Accident coverage in the event of loss of life, limb, or sight resulting from an injury occurring during your trip is included.
- Medical Expenses: Medical costs up to $50,000 per person will be reimbursed should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills as a result of an illness or injury during your vacation.

The deposit for the room is $150 per person, plus the cost of the Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance if accepted.
DEPOSIT
All rooms must be paid in full by December 18, 2024. There is a $50 per person late payment penalty applied to reservations that are not paid in full by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment date, the reservation will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.
FINAL PAYMENTS
We are holding a set number of rooms and rates for Bailey & Brendan. Rooms are blocked from May 8-12 . You may request to stay before and after these dates, but we will need extra time to request availability and rates with the hotel before we can confirm your room. Because our room block inventory is limited and guests are booking at different times, we cannot guarantee availability of rooms or rates, and we cannot be held responsible should rooms sell out or rates increase. We do our best to ensure that we have a variety of room options for you to choose from, but booking early will help! As the saying goes… first come, first served!
There is a 3-night minimum stay for all guests.
DATES, RATES & AVAILABILITY
We understand that you may need to modify your reservation after your room is booked. For this reason, there is no fee for the first revision on a room as long as it is completed prior to the final payment date. Any additional revisions will incur a $50 revision fee. Revision fees are non-refundable, even if you have insurance, and must be paid at the time of the revision. Revisions include a change of travel date (but still must be traveling over the wedding date), room occupancy, name or room category. Revisions are subject to current hotel availability and rates. The room block closes 45 days before travel. Revisions are not allowed after the room block is closed.
REVISIONS
All deposits and payments made towards your trip are nonrefundable for any reason. By purchasing Travel Insurance, you are protecting your vacation investment. If needed, you can cancel up to the day before departure for any reason. Simply email us or the number in your travel documents at any time prior to the day of departure to confirm your cancellation and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the insurance. There are no refunds when Cancel Insurance is declined. Once the Cancel Insurance policy is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded or transferred. For guests sharing a room, if one person in the room accepts insurance, everyone else in the room must also have insurance. Cancel Insurance is only available at the time of deposit and covers your room reservation only (not flights). If you decline Cancel Insurance when making your initial reservation, you will not be able to add it later.
New rooms booked after the final payment date are not eligible for Cancel for Any Reason Insurance.

CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE
A valid passport book is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after you return home. For more information regarding passports and entry requirements, please visit www.Travel.State.Gov.
PASSPORTS
When you book your flights, be sure you fly into the San Jose del Cabo Airport (airport code is SJD)
AIRPORT
Flights are not included with our room block. Usually the best time to book a flight is 5-6 months prior to travel when all airlines have their schedules available. Read my guide to booking international flights for helpful tips.
If you would like KP Travel Group to book your flights, there is a $50 per person ticketing fee.
FLIGHTS
Roundtrip airport transfers (the ride between the SJD airport and resort) are a service included with your room reservation. To confirm this service for you, please book your flights by March 6, 2025.
If we do not have your flight itinerary by this date, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transfers.
The transfers included will pick you up at the SJD airport on the day we have you checking in at the resort and bring you back to the airport on the day we have you checking out. If you are staying at another resort before/after, you'll need to arrange your own transfers.
The included transfers are SHARED transfers. This means you will share the vehicle with other passengers and can make up to 2 additional stops en route to your resort. If you would like to upgrade to PRIVATE transfers, the cost is $150.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Rates are per person and are based on the number of adults sharing the room. "Double" means 2 adults sharing a room. Prices include all meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, airport transfers and taxes. Rates are for US passport holders only.
ROOM PRICING
As a courtesy to the couple, please book your room by making your room deposit by October 30, 2024. This lets the couple know who is attending so they can plan their wedding events for the correct number of guests. Missed the deadline? That's ok, it happens. Please still book your room here and we will work on confirming the room for you. Inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.

We know there are many online places to book a room. However, the couple is really counting on you to book here, on their website, so you are part of their room block. They are planning an incredible experience for you which requires your room reservation. Ensure you are part of the group by booking into their room block here.
Please know that many resorts require guest rooms to be booked within the couple’s room block. The hotels usually charge a minimum of $100 per person to attend the wedding events if you do not book one of the rooms the couple is holding. To avoid extra fees, please make sure to book here.
